# Billing overview

> See your plan, track usage and limits, manage payment, and view invoices from one place.

Billing shows what your plan includes, how much you have used, and what you will
be charged. You manage your plan, payment method, add-ons, and invoices from the
same screens.

  Only **Admins** can see and manage Billing. Agents do not have access.

## Where to find it

Open [Billing](https://platform.typewise.app/billing) from the platform. The
feature has two tabs:

* **Plan & limits**: your current plan, usage bars, the estimated upcoming bill,
  and actions to change plan, buy addons, or manage your card.
* **Invoices**: your upcoming invoice preview and a history of past invoices to
  download. This tab is hidden while you are on a free trial and for Enterprise
  accounts.

## How billing works

Your account starts on a free trial with no credit card required. When you are
ready, activate a paid plan and add a payment method. After that, Typewise bills
you each cycle for your plan, any committed seats, and any usage beyond what
your plan includes.

You can change plan, buy prepaid packs, add seats, or stop renewing at any time
on plans that support those actions. Usage is metered across agent seats, Nova
(AI Operator) credits, and resolutions, with an included allowance per plan and
pay-as-you-go pricing above it. Current prices, allowances, and pack options
appear in Billing itself.
