Ask a Human Agent to manually look up information in systems that are not
connected to Typewise yet.

## Configuration

| Field                        | Description                                                                                                         |
| :--------------------------- | :------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Title**                    | The name of the source configuration.                                                                               |
| **When to use this source?** | Instructions for the AI on when to use this specific source (e.g., "Checks the status of shipment orders for DPD"). |
| **Execution instruction**    | Instructions for the Human Agent (e.g., "Ask the agent to manually look up the information from the CRM").          |
| **Access level**             | Controls which agents or users can access this source. [Access levels](/documentation/knowledge/access-levels)      |
| **Required information**     | Define the data fields the AI needs to collect before requesting human review (e.g., Name, Description, Type).      |
