Use this to bring your Salesforce knowledge base content into Typewise so the AI can rely on it when replying to tickets.
To use the Salesforce Knowledge Base, you first need to connect the Salesforce integration. See Salesforce integration setup.

Configure the knowledge base

After you create a new integration-based source and select the lookup called Knowledge Base from the Salesforce integration, configure these settings:

Action descriptionA short description of what this knowledge base imports (for example, “Imports Salesforce knowledge base content into Typewise”).
TitleA name for this knowledge base source (shown in the Knowledge Hub).
Import frequencyOnce, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly — how often Typewise re-imports and re-indexes this content.
Access levelControls how imported content can be used and shared. See Access levels.
