Plans at a glance
Annual billing costs less than paying monthly. The live plan picker shows the
annual discount, included amounts, and the price for your billing currency.
What counts as usage
- Agent seats: each active user who handles conversations. Growth includes more seats than Starter. On Growth, you can add more seats as a recurring add-on.
- Nova (AI Operator) credits: AI Operator usage measured in credits. Credits scale with model usage (more model spend uses more credits). Growth includes a higher credit allowance than Starter.
- Resolutions: a conversation the AI Operator resolves. A full resolution counts as 1 unit and a partial resolution as half a unit.
- Workspaces: separate brand or business spaces. Your plan includes a set number of workspaces, and the workspace your account starts with counts towards it.
Channels by plan
Starter supports Email and Chat. Growth adds WhatsApp. To use WhatsApp, you need the Growth plan or higher. See Add-ons & seats for packs and seats, and Plans at a glance for the full comparison.Change your plan
1
Open the plan picker
On Billing, open the Plan &
limits tab and click Change plan. During a trial, use Activate
plan instead.
2
Choose monthly or annual
Use the Annual / Monthly toggle. Annual shows the discounted price and a
discount badge.
3
Select a plan
Pick Starter or Growth. Each card lists the included seats, credits,
and resolutions. For Enterprise, click Contact Sales to reach our
team.
4
Confirm the switch
Review the change and confirm. If you do not have a payment method yet,
Typewise opens a secure checkout to capture your card first, then applies
the plan. Your new plan and limits apply right away.
What you are charged when switching
Switching to a new plan or cadence charges the base fee for the new term
immediately, minus any account credit you have. That applies to both monthly
and annual switches.
- Switching to the same plan and cadence you already have results in no charge.
- If you move away from a prepaid term partway through, you receive account credit for the unused part of the base you already paid. Typewise applies that credit to future invoices.
Stop your plan
On Starter and Growth you can stop paying yourself from the Plan & limits tab, in one of two ways. Turning off auto-renew keeps the plan until the end of the current billing cycle and then ends it. Terminate account ends it immediately. See Ending your plan.Related
