What integrations are used for
Integrations can power three things:- Knowledge Bases: Import help center content so the AI can reference it when replying. See Zendesk or Salesforce.
- Lookups: Fetch up-to-date data during a conversation (for example, customer, order, or ticket details). See Lookups.
- Actions: Let the AI perform tasks in your systems (for example, update a record or trigger a workflow). See Actions.
