Manage conversations
A conversation keeps its context as you move around the platform, so you can ask
Nova to create a Specialist, walk over to the Knowledge Hub, and carry on in the
same thread.
Start a new conversation when you switch to an unrelated task. A long thread
covering several topics gives Nova more to sift through, and older context can
pull its answers off course.
Your conversations are private to you. Other admins in your workspace have
their own history and can’t see yours.
Write and dictate
The composer takes plain text with light formatting: bold, italic, links, bulleted lists, and numbered lists. Press Enter to send. To dictate instead, click the microphone and speak. Recording is transcribed once you stop, which produces cleaner, punctuated text than live transcription. If your microphone isn’t available, the composer tells you rather than failing quietly.Stop a running reply
While Nova is working, the send button becomes a stop button. Click it to halt the run.Stopping ends the reply, but it doesn’t roll back steps Nova already
completed. Check the Unpublished changes bar to see what it managed to do,
and discard anything you don’t want. See Reviewing and publishing Nova’s
changes.
Give feedback on a reply
Every Nova reply has a feedback button. Use it when a reply is wrong or unhelpful, and pick the reason that fits:- Wrong action taken
- Incorrect or hallucinated information
- Confused reasoning
- Did not follow instructions
- Other
Credits
Nova runs on AI credits, billed as Nova (AI Operator) credits on your plan.- Per conversation: a badge above the composer shows the credits used so far in the current conversation. It appears once usage is above zero.
- Per plan: your total allowance and remaining balance live under Settings, in your plan and billing page.
